Students will bond with number bonds!
Learning the part part whole math model can be an early math lesson for young students. Our Whole Part and Number Bond Floor Mat is here to help! This floor mat is suitable for kindergarten and 1st grade math lessons about number bonds.
This colorful mat features one “whole” block with two “part” blocks as well as a circular diagram to demonstrate the number bond. After using this mat, students will have an understanding of number bonds and be able to identify part whole relationships. The part part whole model also helps them figure out which pair of numbers to add together to make each whole.
Hands on number bonds activities help students, especially kinesthetic learners, stay focused and interested in the math lesson. Movement-based activities also boost learning comprehension while helping young students develop gross motor skills. Whether using it for math class or during free time, this mat will encourage active learning and collaborative play.
