FAQs
When will my order arrive?
Single items usually ship the very next day, and stickers typically head your way within four business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order’s status.
Do you offer workshops or teacher trainings?
How do I install my products?
If you purchased floor mats: We recommend taping the mats with packaging tape to the floor while in use. We have found that taping the corners and the top and bottom edges secures them well.
If you purchased stickers: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the floor – sweep the area, then mop with water and Dawn dish soap, and let it dry for 30-60 minutes.
Once dry, apply denatured alcohol with a clean mop to ensure a clean, residue-free surface. Unroll your vinyl stickers and let them lay flat for 24–48 hours before installation.
When ready, align the sticker in your desired location, peel back 3″ to 6″ of the backing, and press that section firmly to the floor, making sure it doesn’t shift. Fold the sticker over itself, remove the rest of the backing, and, holding the sticker slightly off the floor, use a squeegee to press it down evenly while maintaining tension. Small air bubbles can be worked out or gently pricked with a pin.

What are the best ways to store my materials?
When mats are not in use, we recommend rolling them up. For the larger square mats, folding may be necessary. If you have access to a storage closet or space in your classroom for extra materials, that may be a good place to store the mats.

How To Claim Digital Items
If you purchased any digital items with a purchase order, here’s how to download them:
- Go to our Digital Items page.
- Look for the items included in your order and add them to the cart.
- Check out with the coupon code PURCHASEORDER to download the items for free.
- Make sure you have your purchase order number ready. You will need it to complete the checkout!
- Your items will be sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
How To Access Activity Guides and Lesson Plans
Math & Movement has a database of activities, worksheets, and videos that can be used with our materials. Here are the instructions for accessing the Activity Database:
- Go to our Find My Material page and enter your email.
- Select the material you would like to see activities for.
- You will be taken to a new page that includes activities for your selected material! You can filter by grade level. Most of our materials also have downloadable worksheets, printable manipulatives, and videos that can also be accessed on their pages.
If you purchased a Family Fun Night Kit (including the Hopper, Skipper, and Jumper Kits), we also have events guides featuring dozens of activities! Visit our Family Fun Night downloads page to find these guides and other helpful materials for planning your event.
How To Install Stickers
If your order included floor stickers or stair riser stickers, we have detailed instructions for installing your stickers to ensure they adhere and last a long time! Visit our Sticker Installation page for all our tips. (For the best results, we recommend installing your stickers as soon as possible.)
Will Other Educators Be Using Your Materials?
We encourage you to share any additional educators’ names and emails from your school who will also be using your materials.
