Multiplication Hopscotch

• Have students hop both feet onto 1 and 1.
• Then, have them hop one foot on the product, 1.
• Continue with this pattern (two and two, and then the product, four, and so on).
• As they hopscotch down the mat, encourage them to shout out the multiplication sentence they are on.
  • For example, 1 times 1 is 1! 2 times 2 is 4!
