Skip Count by 3s Pre and Post Tests

Our Pre- and Post-Tests are all created in Google Forms. We have created templates you can copy and use with your own students so your data is separate from other schools. The tests cover multiplication facts for 3s.

To protect student privacy, please assign each student a number that they will use for all pre and post-tests. They will enter this number in the first question of the tests. This ensures we are tracking data anonymously but are still able to link the information across all three tests.

Instructions for copying the forms:

1. Click your desired test below.
2. A window will open asking you to copy the document. Click “Make a copy.”
3. A Google Sheet will open. This is where the responses to your form will be stored.
4. **Important step! Access the live form for students to use. Depending on your version of Google Sheets you will have one of two options for your top menu:
   • OPTION 1: Go to the top menu > Tools > Manage Form > Go to Live Form. Use the URL from this page to send to students to complete.
   • OPTION 2: Go to the top menu > Form >  Go to Live Form. Use the URL from this page to send to students to complete.

Please do not make any changes to the form questions so we make sure all schools are collecting the same data.
