Activity Instructions

Material: Paper

Have students make a large triangle out of a large sheet of paper. Then have them rip off the points, line them up on the mat (all pointing to 0) and ask what angle they make together. Have them make a triangle with different angle measurements (do not have to be exact just some closer to equiangular and one acute etc.) and do the same with their points. Observe that all triangle angles add up to 180 degrees.
