Creativity in Teaching Math

Add creativity to the way you teach math! The Arts in Education day program is customized to fit your school schedule. In this program, teachers will learn how a kinesthetic approach to teaching works, and students will be able to try out Math & Movement materials. We’ll promote creative thinking in math!

The program begins with an energy-boosting morning assembly for students and teachers (approximately 30-45 minutes) in which one of our team members will share the benefits of including physical activity throughout the school day.

After the assembly, our team will lead 30-40-minute sessions with smaller groups of students. During these sessions, students will jump on floor mats and work on topics like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, telling time, place value, fractions, Cartesian coordinates, geometric shapes, skip counting, rounding, science, social studies, and/or literacy concepts.

Cost: $3,285, including the training and materials listed below. Purchase orders accepted. Please note the price does not include travel expenses for in-person events. Please check with our team to see if there is a Math & Movement Presenter in your area.
