Description: Many research studies have shown that movement enhances learning. Incorporating movement throughout the day is beneficial for children and adults because exercise enhances circulation, brain function, focus, and concentration. This virtual training is an application-based session offering practical suggestions on how to include movement-based learning activities throughout the day.  We will lead participants through a variety of movements to that can be shared with parents or students.
