Students will choose a notecard (provided below) on the notecard there is a base word that is not listed on the mat. Students will hop to the prefix that makes sense with that base word. For example, you will see the word “Appear” on a notecard. Students will have to jump to the prefix that makes sense for that base word. So, they will hop to “Dis” to create the word “Disagree”
