Activity Instructions

Students will read a problem from a worksheet or flashcard. Have them reinterpret it, solve it, and then hop to that answer on the mat.
Examples:
½ x 2 = 1…SO…1 x 2 ÷ 2 = 1
¼ X 4 = 1…SO…1 x 4 ÷ 4 = 1
¾ x 3 = 9/4…SO…3 x 3 ÷ 4 = 9/4
4/2 x 8 = 32/2 or 16…SO…4 x 8 ÷ 2 = 16
½ x 4 = 2…SO..4 x 1 ÷ 2 = 2
