Activity Instructions

This activity can be done individually, as partners, or in groups. Players of this game line up on the mat at โ€˜100โ€™. Each player or team rolls the dice. Whoever gets the lowest number goes first.

The first player or team rolls the dice and takes that number of steps backward (or, in other words, subtracts the rolled number from the number they are currently standing on).

The second player rolls dice and takes that many steps backward. Continue to roll and subtract until the first person or team reaches โ€˜1โ€™.

**You can add fun twists or rules to this game to make it as complicated as you wish. For example, at any point in the game, if the second player or team lands on the spot of the first player or team, then the first team goes back to โ€˜1โ€™!
