Activity Instructions

Similar to “Race to the Top” but with only one student from each team. When a student reaches the top of the column, he/she turns and goes down the next column. When he/she reaches the bottom of that column, the student turns and goes up the following column. Thus, the pattern of travel is up, down, up, down, continuously across the mat. The game stops when the students meet. The goal is to reach the middle point first (“Can” for Team A and “Is” for Team B). The Team that passed its middle point wins.
