Sample Activity: Hop Through Pi

• Have students begin by standing on 0.
• Students will hop through all of the pi sections while saying aloud what they are hopping on. Have the student hop to the next column and say aloud “pi over 6”.
• They will then continue jumping through saying what sections of pi they landed on.
• Have students jump all the way around the circle until they get back to 0. If a student gets ahead of themselves, have them go back and slow down.
